Processing Time All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates We offer the following shipping options:
- Standard Shipping (5–8 business days): calculated at checkout
- Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days): calculated at checkout
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or high-volume periods.
Domestic Shipping (U.S.) We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. Orders are shipped from Champaign, IL.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Lost or Damaged Packages STAY (N) POCKET CLOTHING is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us at STAYNPOCKETCLOTHING@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage.
